Most roller doors have contacts that will open or close your roller door, you just need to find the pins on the board to connect to.
As you can see from the below picture you can install a external key switch to operate the roller door, these are the contacts that you can use to remotely open and close the door.
You can use a momentary push button switch or a momentary keyswitch as shown below
You can purchase one from Altronics : https://www.altronics.com.au/p/s2601-2-position-dpdt-spring-return-keyswitch/
Connection is done using the GND and OSC terminals
In my case I have connected this to my Ness M1 Gold automation Panel as it allows you to trigger it remotely and send a 3 second momentary short to the OSC and GND terminals to open or close the door.
You can quite easily connect to a UHF remote transmitter/ receiver like A 1018B : https://www.altronics.com.au/p/a1018b-uhf-remote-control-switch-system/
It has a monostable operation mode, when you press the remote it activates a relay for couple seconds which is all that is needed to open or close the garage door.
