How to fix below error
Need to make your way to c:\users\AppData\Local|Microsoft|Outlook
folder then find the file in question then rename the file.
Eg : email@hotmail(1).ost I renamed to email@hotmail(1)-1.ost
done open outlook this will repair itself then redownload all your mail from microsoft exchage server
Shortcut to your outlook folder : from the Start menu type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook
