Change System Permissions In Windows 7

Please make sure you backup the registry and or create a restore point.

Please do your own research first but here are a few of my references on how to reset folder/file permissions.

Remember if possible to always use system restore then changing folder/files permissions

Looks like a great program but a bit pricey. 

4) Go to Start then type cmd, right click on cmd.exe and run as Administrator, then right click on the command prompt window and paste :

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
