issch.exe Isuspm.exe Installshield remove

Not sure what it is, but here is how to remove it

Dowsload : http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q112918/SoftwareManagerUninstall.exe

Copy to desktop, right click run as administrator, follow the prompts

Run this once finished : https://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Reboot
