You have just installed Win32DiskImage and received this error.

CreateProcess Failed; Code 740.
The requested operation requires elevation

Right click on the installation file Eg ( Win32DiskImager-0.9.5-install.exe) and run as administrator.

If you don't have run as administrator when you right click then run this :
