Someone has given you a Dropbox link and your not sure how to download the file.
In most cases you can just click the link and that will take you to the download page.
If the link is not clickable, highlight the link, then right click and select copy.
Open up Chrome or Internet Explorer
Right click and paste into your browsers address bar.
If this drop box window appears you probably haven't got a Dropbox account, click the X in the top right of the window.
You will be taken to a page that looks similar to this, click the Download button in the top right.
The zip file will download in the bottom left of your Web browser if you are using Chrome
Or if you are using Internet Explorer a save as will appear at the bottom of the screen
Once downloaded you will need to unzip the file, right click on it, then click extract all
