You have Uninstalled Flash But My Youtube Video Is still Playing

You are probably running you tube in Html 5.

Uninstalled all traces of flash from program and features

Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, then uninstall anything that says Flash.

Now type chrome://plugins/ into the Chrome browser and confirm it is disabled

In IE Tools, Manage add-ons, check that flash is disabled or uninstalled.

Go to Youtube and right click on the bottom menu of a video.
As you can see this video is using html5

This is using Flash
