In the url at top type: chrome://flags/
Press CTRL and F
This will bring up find
Type: Enable Synced Notifications into the find search field
Change this to Disabled
At the bottom of the screen click Relaunch Now

Removing Do Not Disturb Bell Notification Icon From Google Chrome In Taskbar
Run Chrome
In the url at top type: chrome://flags/
Press CTRL and F
