Click on File then Open Files
Highlight all the mov files you want to merge
Click open
To save the newly merged file, click file then Save As
Rename the file name to something new, then press save.
Update - I have noticed some videos don't play in real time but you can hear them when you save the joined files they work fine.

Also try Avidemux cut to the size you require or join them as one file.
Great for those Mov files from your iPhone.
