First open Microsoft Outlook. Click on File then Create New Folder. Enter a name, then in the folder contains field choose Contact Items. under the where to place the folder click on personal folders and then contacts. Press OK.
In Microsoft Outlook click on contacts on the left hand side you should now see your new folder in the My Contacts Area.
I created this for 4 Sales representatives that wanted their own person contacts on the Iphone as well as a folder that contained a customer list.
Create as many folders as you need.
In my case there was 4 folders and one named customers.
To imports contacts into outlook, go to My Contacts, choose the person you want to imports contacts to. Now go to File, then import and export, then import from another program or file, then comma separated values windows, then choose the location of your csv file then choose next.
Do the same as for each person you want to add contacts for. If you make a mistake, just highlight all the contacts by going to edit then select all, now press delete and start again.
The trick now is when you plug the IPhone in to sync your phone, you will need to untick all contacts, instead tick selected groups and choose the folder group you want to sync.
In Itunes this is done by clicking on your phone name on the left hand side then then on the top tabs click on info (itunes 10). Scroll down to "Sync Contacts With Outlook", choose the names you want to sync on that Iphone, then scroll down further to advanced and under Replace Information On this IPhone tick Contacts.
