Windows mail stopped after msoe.dll had been updated
Go to task manager ctrl, alt & delete
Check to see if winmail.exe is running if so end process
Go to c:program files/windows mail/ rename msoe.dll to msoe.old.dll
Download an old version of the msoe.dll and place it in the program files/windows mail/ folder
Download GrantAdminFullControl.reg
This places a right mouse option to grant full access to the file.
Right click on the new msoe.dll (the one you just downloaded that is) & grant full access.
Run winmail.exe
All works if it doesn't, it is either running and you haven't stopped it or you haven't downloaded a working version.
