By default you can get voice to work but not music
From my understanding their seems to be some limitations with some older headsets due to the Bluetooth stack.
By using A2DPblocker I got it to work.
The only thing is that you will not get CD quality, it seems to be at voice quality but it does work.
1. Downloaded and installed A2DPblocker from App Store.
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/a2dpblocker-bluetooth-stereo/id448525106?mt=8
2. Connect to Bluetooth headset – click on settings Bluetooth then pair and connect to PLT510 headset.
3. Click on A2DPblocker
4. Turn on A2DP Blocker
5. Under Default Audio choose headset
6. Under sleep Block turn off
7. Under Proximity Sensor turn off
8. Click on playback Queue press play once. (you should hear the music come through)
9. Press pause
10. Now press close not play.
11. Then close again
12. Now use the play buttons at the bottom this is your IPhone’s music player. Even though you can use the A2DPblocker music player to play music the music will stop when the screen turns off.
13. Using the bottom player will allow the headset to continue working even if the screen turns off or if you press the sleep button on the iPhone.
14. Be aware that you cannot receive calls from the Plantronics voyager 500A and play music from the iPhone at the same time.
15. I have been unhappy that this has not worked for some time now. This is a great app. (Could do with some improvements like adjusting the audio volume level, you need to use the volume on the headset once to get it to work on the iphone but even then it will not go low enough)

Exclude An Email Account From Receiving Emails Microsoft Outlook
In Microsoft outlook I wanted to be able to include or exclude an account from receiving mail as I used to with outlook express.
In outlook express all you needed to do is go to tools account settings then double click on the account and under the general tab you can tick "Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing".
In Microsoft outlook, go to Tools, Send/Receive, Send/Receive Settings, Define Send/Receive Groups.
Click edit and you will see all your accounts on the left.
Click on the one you want to disable then untick Receive mail items.
If you would like to create shortcut for this read on.
Open Outlook, on the top home tab, right click on New Group
If new group is not there right click on a blank spot at the top choose customize the ribbon.
Under choose commands from select Custom Tabs and Groups (main tabs)
Highlight Home (Mail) and down the bottom click the button labelled New Group it should create a New Group (custom) under Home (mail).
Under choose command from select All Commands
Search and highlight Define Groups and press add in the middle of the two columns, but make sure that under Home (mail) you select New Group (custom) first, and then click OK.
Now at the top under new group you should see define groups.
Double Click on it, then edit, then on the left click on the account you want to manage, then untick receive emails.
Whenever you want to receive mail re tick the box.

Uninstalling AVG Linkscanner
I had an issue with a program running so I had to uninstall all virus programs so I could figure out why the program would not run correctly, dissabling it would not fix my problem.
So I uninstalled AVG but when I rebooted linkscanner was still present.
I ran avg linkscanner then disabled it, then uninstalled, after a reboot the it will still be active.
My guess is during the uninstallation process I didn't tick the right boxes so it could uninstall linkscanner.
I even downloaded an uninstall program from avg to remove all traces of linkscanner, but this did not work either.
Solution:
Download a fresh copy of AVG 2013
Run
Choose custom install when prompted
Untick all option eg:Avg add on, e-mail protection, identity, additional installed languages and web browsing.
Once rebooted you will find AVG 2013 in the tray, but nothing installed.
Go to control panel, Program and features and unistall AVG, making sure you tick all features to unistall, user settings etc.
Once rebooted all traces will be gone including linkscanner.
Not bad for 2 hrs of wasted time.
I understand I originally didn't unistall all features but you should be able to unistall it at a later date.
