Click on Chrome menu icon, then Settings, then click on Show advanced settings, then in the Privacy section click on Content Settings button, then Scroll to Plugins, then click on Manage individual plugins.
Or type chrome://plugins/ into your Chrome browser.
You can now enable or disable a plugin.
