Run Winamp,Click Options, scroll down click on Preferences, scroll down to General Preferences, then File types, untick Enable Winamp Agent.

Disable Winamp On Startup
You want to remove that Winamp agent icon in system tray annoying right.
Run Winamp,Click Options, scroll down click on Preferences, scroll down to General Preferences, then File types, untick Enable Winamp Agent.
