You need to enable remote assistance, then allow the program through the firewall and then the you get this message.

Download TeamViewer : http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx
Double click on it to install, select basic installation, select personal use, click accept - finish
Click yes to user account control
Press close, this windows should appear
On the left you will see Your ID and Password, you will need to give this ID to the person helping you.
This will allow them to control your screen.
