Web Restriction - Content Adviser Missing Windows 7

Web restrictions/content adviser is not included in parental controls in windows 7.

You used to find them under control panel then Internet options then content.

Family Safety has the ability to control time limits, games and blocking specific programs, but the content adviser is not there.

Click Start, then type run, then type RunDll32.exe msrating.dll,RatingSetupUI , then ok.
