In 2007 this can be done In Automatic Formatting and in 2010 Conditional formatting
2007
- Go to View then current view, then Customize Current View
- Click on Automatic formatting
- Click add, name the rule, I called mine FW Red
- Click font change the colour to say Red, click ok
- Click condition
- In the search for the words type FW:
- Click ok three times
2010
- Go to View then view settings, then Conditional Formatting
- click Add
- Name the rule say : FW:change clour red
- Click Font and change to red or preferred colour
- Click on Condition
- In Search for word(s) field type FW:, then press add
- Click ok three times
