Snipping Tool

Ever wanted to add a comment, circle or highlight a word document or pdf easily.

In most cases you could press print screen then paste into paint.

If you are running windows 7 try this, go to Start, then type Snipping tool in the search.

Run the tool, the screen should go opaque, start to highlight a section of the screen you wanted to capture.
