TPG Incoming VoIp Not Working

Login to your account.

Under : TPG VoIP Services

Click on : View All VoIP Service Accounts

Then, Change VoIP Password.

I was able to make outgoing calls but was not receiving incoming calls.

Thought I would try to change the password and it worked.

By the way, the modem Billion 7404vnpx was showing that the voip settings were registered and the phone would dial out.

All working outgoing and incoming now.
