Download FreeVideoFlipAndRotate.exe from : http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-Video-Flip-and-Rotate.htm
Install the file
Run : Free Video Flip and Rotate shortcut now on your desktop
On the left at the top choose your input file.
Choose the directory that contains your Iphone videos and select a file
Once the video loads you will see the input video and the output video
Click on the right hand side output video, then click the 90 degree arrow down button.
This will rotate the output file the correct direction.
Now press save video.
The converted file will be in the same directory as the original mov file.
Or use Windows Movie Maker
This will download windows essentials.
Once downloaded, click to install
Login or Click X to Close
Click yes to Cancel
Click Start, then in the Search Type Movie maker
Double click on Movie maker to run
Click on Add Video and Photos or just drag the video into the right hand side column.
Click on Rotate Left or Rotate Right
