So you have unticked "launch Flashget on startup" in the options of Flashget, but it still decides to start.
You are sick of closing it down after you restart your pc.
This option doesn't seem to do anything, well in my case anyway.
I found this program called WhatInStartup.exe, plus some other nifty programs.
Download, run the program, say yes to user account control, scroll to Flashget, right click on Flashget and delete selected items or disable.
This will not stop Flashget from working, it will just remove it from starting up after you restart your pc.
Be careful what you remove from the startup, otherwise you will need to reinstall the program again.
