My Pc Is Waking From Sleep Mode

Your Windows 7 machine is waking from sleep mode by itself.

You have gone to control Panel then Power Options and adjusted all the settings you could but the PC still starts.

Open windows explorer
Right click on Network
Click Properties
Then Change Adapter Settings
 Right click on Local Area Connection, then Properties
Click on Configure
Then Power Management
Then untick Only allow this device to wake the computer.
