Itunes Could Not Backup The Iphone

If you get the following message " iTunes could not backup the iPhone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible the the iPhone, you will need to delete the backup.

The backup was unsuccessful for some reason.

How To Delete The Backup

In iTunes click on Edit then Preferences then Devices then select the backup for the iPhone then press delete.

You may need to reset sync history or in advanced settings click on reset warnings.

In iTunes click Sync to start backup.
