Plug in your Iphone
Open Itunes
On the left hand side click on devices then the name of your device.
Across the top of the screen you will see "Summary, Info, Apps, Ringtones, Music and one for Photos
Click on Photos Then Sync Photos From the drop down menu press Choose Folder, I created one called Mobile photos.
In the bottom right hand corner Press sync
