Are you getting emails from apple and cant find any way to change settings in your account, well here is link

or in Itunes - Click on the "Edit Account Info" button
This will only remove the newsletters, your purchase emails will still be sent as normal.
It will come up with all the accounts you have subscibed to untick the country you want to unsubscribe to.
In my case it was germany.
If you dont have any subsriptions a message of "the email address you provided is not in our system."
