This is very simple, but you may have taken hours to find a program or try to understand how Itunes manages the mp3 files.
Simply moving it to the podcast folder in Itunes doesnt work or dragging them into Itunes doesn't work either.
First, drag them into Itunes into the library area then again the same files drag to your Iphone /ipod name area.
Then right mouse click on the the file name in the Itunes music library, then get info, then options.
In the Media Kind drop down box choose podcast.
The files will be converted automatically and moved to podcast in Itunes
