UPPER, lower + Proper Case

"UPPER" converts all letters in the text to uppercase.
"LOWER" converts all letters in the text to lowercase
"PROPER" capitalizes the first letter of each word, and remaining letters to lowercase.

=UPPER(A1)
=LOWER(A1)
=PROPER(A1)
