Try this first : Open Itunes go to Edit/Preferences/Devices/Reset Sync History
Unplug iPhone then re-connect, see if it syncs.
This has worked for some people.
Second : Disconnect IPhone
Open Itunes then go to : Edit/Preferences/Devices/ Tick Prevent Ipods, IPhone & Ipads From Syncing Automatically, then click on Reset Sync History
Plug in your iPhone and when itunes finds your phone, click on your iPhone name and press sync button at the bottom.
If all fine you can untick : Prevent Ipods, IPhone & Ipads From Syncing Automatically,otherwise if your happy to do it manually don't.
