Forward Email From One Person To Another Microsoft outlook
- Go to file then under account Information click on Rules and
     Alerts (2010) In 2007 click on tools first. 
 
- In the column E-mail Rules, click on new rule
 
- Under step 1 click on Apply rule on message I receive, click next (In 2007 move message from someone to folder, then next. 
 
- Scroll down and select on this computer only, then next (In 2007 Scroll to on this machine only)then next.
 
- The select forward it to people or public group or as attachment
 
- Under Step 2 click on people or public group and in the TO ->
     down the bottom of the screen type in the email address you would like the
     emails to forward to, then click ok, then next
 
- Click Finish
 
- Select “With specific words in the subject”, down the bottom click
     next
