In windows 7
Log into windows as normal, click on Start, then All Programs, Accessories, right click on command Prompt and run as administrator, click yes if A UAC window appears.
Type "net user administrator /active:yes" press enter
Log off and when the login screen appears you will see an Administrator User
Login as Administrator, do what you need to do then to log out.
Click on Start, then All Programs, Accessories, right click on command Prompt and run as administrator, click yes if A UAC window appears.
Type "net user administrator /active:no"
Log off again and you will see the administrator Login has gone and only the standard users are present
